STEP BY STEP
Make it
Dissolve
Combine coffee, sugar and boiling water in the bowl.
Whip
Beat 5–15 minutes until pale and thick enough to hold peaks.
Divide milk
Pour one cup milk into each glass; use cold milk or gently warmed milk.
Top and stir
Divide foam over the drinks. Stir it into the milk before sipping.
Good to know
- Ground coffee cannot replace instant coffee here.
- Whipping by hand takes longer than using a mixer.
