STEP BY STEP

Make it

  1. Boil

Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, following its package.

  2. Drain

Drain thoroughly, then toss with oil, Parmesan, herbs, garlic powder and seasoning.

  3. Crisp

Air-fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, tossing several times. Work in batches to avoid crowding.

  4. Serve

Check a piece after brief cooling; it should be crisp. Serve warm or cool.

Good to know

  • Do not put dry uncooked pasta directly into the fryer.
  • Check a cooled piece before adding cooking time; hot pasta can feel softer than it will after cooling.
