KEEP IT SIMPLE

Tools & supplies

STEP BY STEP

Make it

  1. Prepare

Set out a clean platter and small serving forks. Check tins are intact before opening.

  2. Toast

Brush bread lightly with oil, add a pinch of salt and toast in a medium-low skillet until crisp.

  3. Open

Open fish just before serving and place tins on small plates to catch drips, or transfer contents to bowls.

  4. Serve

Arrange bread beside the fish and let each person build bites.
